You will be greeted at the door by an employee who will ask you a few screening questions and fill in our visitors form, a precaution to trace all of our visitors should they need to be contacted.
They will make sure that you wear a mask and then will ask you to sanitize your hands.
If your appointment is to purchase frames, your stylist will bring you 5 styles of your choice at a time and sanitize them both before and after you try them on.
Once you have found your perfect frame, if necessary, our optician will come see you for any consultations as well as take any required measurements, while following physical distancing and sanitary guidelines. If the optician is busy or not present in-store during your visit, you will need to make an appointment at a later date for any additional measurements and consultation.
You will then finalize your order and complete the payment with your stylist before being escorted to the door.
If your appointment is for a consultation with the optician, such as for an adjustment, a repair or to take measurements, you will be escorted to the service station. The optician will have sanitized all necessary tools, frames and surfaces before beginning the appointment.
The optician will also practice physical distancing by maintaining the required distance of at least 2 meters when possible, except when performing a service such as adjusting your glasses or taking measurements. Finally, the station will be disinfected again upon your departure.
* Please note that our Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta stores also offer you the opportunity to view our in-store demonstrations with a tray, and decide which frames you are interested in. However, all touched frames must remain in the tray to ensure that they are properly disinfected afterwards.
