As soon as your order has been placed, all required info has been submitted and it has been paid in full, we’ll get started on manufacturing your glasses. We'll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped, however you can also track it by logging into your BonLook account.
COVID-19: Our carriers are currently experiencing delays that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated every step of the way.
Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.
In-store orders: Please allow for an extra two to three business days so the optician can verify your order ahead of pick-up. We’ll call you and email you when your glasses are ready.
International orders: We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.
